Please note that customized products, sale or clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about the eligibility of a specific product, please contact our team prior to initiating a return.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions to ensure a smooth return process.

Prepare the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely sealed and adequately protected for return shipping.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

 

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing timelines.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at sales@redorangefly.com. Our team will be pleased to assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping of the original item, as well as any additional shipping costs associated with the exchanged item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will promptly arrange either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, we kindly request that you provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including the original packaging.
